LIMITED WARRANTY
INNVO LABS LIMITED ("INNVO LABS") warrants solely to the original purchaser ("purchaser" or "you") of a Pleo™ unit who purchased the Pleo unit in the United States of America that, under normal personal use, such Pleo unit shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"). Conditioned upon your notification, in writing and within such Warranty Period, to INNVO LABS of a defect covered by this warranty, INNVO LABS will, as INNVO LAB's sole obligation and your exclusive remedy, at INNVO LAB's option, within sixty (60) days after receipt of your notice, repair or replace the defective Pleo unit or defective component(s) thereof free of charge or refund to you the purchase price paid by you for the defective Pleo unit. Purchaser is entitled to this warranty if purchaser can document that the product was originally purchased within the last ninety (90) days.
PURCHASER SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO THE LIMITED WARRANTY DESCRIBED ABOVE IF: (A) PURCHASER'S PLEO UNIT IS DAMAGED BY ACCIDENT, MISUSE, NEGLECT, ABUSE, IMMERSION IN WATER, EXCESS HUMIDITY, FIRE, OR OTHER HAZARD; (B) PURCHASER'S PLEO UNIT IS USED WITH PRODUCTS NOT SOLD OR LICENSED BY INNVO LABS (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PRODUCT ENHANCEMENTS (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ENHANCEMENTS TO PLEO UNITS), ADAPTORS AND POWER SUPPLIES, PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES); (C) PURCHASER'S PLEO UNIT IS USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, RENTAL PURPOSES); (D) PURCHASER'S PLEO UNIT IS MODIFIED BY ANYONE OTHER THAN INNVO LABS OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPAIR PROVIDERS; (E) THE SERIAL NUMBER ON PURCHASER'S PLEO UNIT IS ALTERED, DEFACED, OR REMOVED; OR (F) THE EXTERIOR FINISH OF PURCHASER'S PLEO UNIT IS DAMAGED OR THERE IS COSMETIC DAMAGE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR.
THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (THE DURATION OF WHICH SHALL BE LIMITED TO NINETY (90) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE OF THE PLEO UNIT) THAT CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY INNVO LABS, ITS SUPPLIERS, AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES SHALL IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states and provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
INNVO LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATED TO, THE PLEO UNIT PURCHASED BY YOU, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY EVEN IF INNVO LABS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILTY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INNVO LAB'S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATED TO, THE PLEO UNIT PURCHASED BY YOU, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR SUCH PLEO UNIT. Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. The foregoing limitations of liability are independent of any exclusive remedies for breach of warranty set forth in the first paragraph above. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state and province to province.

We will diagnose and correct the problem for you remotely or, if appropriate, inform you of repair and replacement options.
OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
To receive instructions for obtaining repair or replacement warranty services, please contact us through the support section of our website at www.pleoworld.com/support.
You must also:
1. Submit proof of purchase in the form of a bona fide, dated bill of sale, receipt, or invoice (or a copy) ("Purchase Receipt") evidencing that your request for service is made within the Warranty Period.
2. In order to return a INNVO LABS product for in-warranty service, you must use the following procedure.
IMPORTANT: In order to assure proper tracking and handling, INNVO LABS will not accept any returns without an RMA ("Return Material Authorization") Number.
How to Get an RMA Number: Please contact the INNVO LABS Customer Support Department by completing the Contact Form on the PleoWorld website: www.pleoworld.com/support
- Include your personal data (name, full ship-to address, telephone, email address, phone number)
- Indicate the serial number of the product, as well as date/place of purchase
- Give a complete description of the problem.
After receipt of the RMA request by INNVO LABS, a confirmation and authorization email message will be communicated to you within 24 hours on business days.
This document will contain:
- RMA number (your return reference number)
- INNVO LABS case number (your customer support reference number)
- Personal data (please check carefully for any mistakes)
- Pleo serial number
- Problem description (may be summarized)
- Instructions about packing and shipping the product and the RMA service process.
Shipping Instructions:
Important: Please enclose a copy of Purchase Receipt and RMA email from INNVO LABS Support. PLEASE MARK THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE WITH THE RMA NUMBER.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid by purchaser. We cannot accept any C.O.D. deliveries.
- Please pack the Pleo unit securely in original box and shipping carton (if possible) to ensure safe delivery to the INNVO LABS Returns Department.
- For your protection, it is recommended that you ship the Pleo unit back to INNVO LABS using a shipping service like UPS or Fed-Ex that can provide you with a tracking number in the event the product gets lost in transit.
RMA Service Process: After receipt of the Pleo unit, the INNVO LABS service team will inspect, diagnose, and where possible correct the problem with the product as indicated on the original RMA description. We will then communicate to you via email the findings, next steps, and your options.
Failure to follow the above instructions may result in delays, cause you to incur additional charges, or void your warranty.

PleoWorld.com Online Store Return Policy: Pleo units purchased at PleoWorld.com may be returned for exchange, credit, or refund within thirty (30) days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging materials (including, but not limited to, the barcode/UPC label), accessories, and Companion Guide. Otherwise, your product may not be eligible for return or its return may be subject to a refurbishing fee.
Governing Law: The terms and conditions set forth herein will be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America, excluding any conflicts of law principles that would require the application of the law of another jurisdiction. Any action or proceeding arising from or relating to these terms and conditions may be brought in the United States District Court, District of Nevada, or in a state court in Carson City County, Nevada, and each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction and venue of any such court in any such action or proceeding.
